The COOP Concept
WHO WE ARE
The Coop Concept is a vocational enrichment program for youth that creatively forms relationships and strengthens community involvement, while laying the groundwork for a vibrant future. We have been working as a project under Good Work Institute and are becoming our own 501c3, Fly The COOP, Inc in early 2025. We believe that the young people of Kingston should have safe, affordable housing in their community and we are paving the way to do that!

VISION
We envision a world where the community stewards youth, land, and our social impact, fostering an inclusive environment that nurtures growth and collaboration.
MISSION
Our mission is to empower Hudson Valley youth through immersive employment opportunities in sustainable agriculture, green building, and entrepreneurship. As part of our commitment, we aim to create a young adult housing collective that provides stable, supportive housing while also offering resources for personal and professional development, ensuring our youth have the foundation they need to thrive in their communities.
